Product description

Athlete Science Creatine helps athletes train for longer periods of times by increasing the availability of ATP, adenosine triphosphate which is critical for muscle contraction and protein production.

During intense training sessions Athlete Science Creatine donates its phosphate to ADP and later absorbing the phosphate through creatine phosphokinase. The phosphocreatine is then stored in the muscle for later energy use.

Studies have shown that Creatine Monohydrate, when combined with proper diet, exercise and adequate hydration, supports healthy lean muscle mass and strength.

Athlete Science Creatine is most effective when an initial loading phase is performed. To front load a quantity of 20g per day should be taken for a five day period, followed by 10g a day for ten to fourteen days. Following this initial front load process the standard daily intake of 4g per day will maintain maximum gains.

Our pharmaceutical-grade Supplements contain no fillers, additives or anti-caking agents and are encapsulated in pharmaceutical grade vegetarian, non-GMO, Halal amp; Kosher certified capsules.
